Information about bookings:

Arrival and Departure
Rooms are available from 4pm on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive later than 6pm, do please let us know, to ensure that we will be here to welcome you.

On the day of departure, rooms should be vacated by 10.30am

Single Occupancy
The room rate applies for single occupancy of a double or twin from April to October (inclusive). At all other times, the room rate for single occupancy is £55.00

Advance Bookings
Please note that, in the summer, advance bookings are for 2 or more nights. One night stays may be available at the last minute.

Payment Methods
Payment may be made by cheque or cash – whichever is more convenient for you.  We are not able to accept credit, debit or Switch cards.

Deposits
Bookings are confirmed after receipt of a deposit. A deposit of a third of the total cost is required to confirm a booking and should be made by cheque payable to ‘Bondgate House Ltd’

Cancellation policy (except Group Bookings)
Deposits are not refundable. If a booking is cancelled 14 days or less before arrival, the full amount of the booking is payable unless we can re-let the room(s). We shall make every effort to re-let the room(s).

Group Bookings
For group bookings, a deposit of a third of the total cost is payable at the time of booking. The balance of the total amount is payable one month before the date of arrival. In the event of cancellation up to 1 month prior to arrival – 50% of the deposit will be returned; cancellation less than 1 month prior to arrival, no refund will be available unless we can re-let the room(s).
